At the end of March the Bhoomies and I hosted our first ever give-away. All the participants had to do was to vote for their favourite Bhoomie on the Bhoomies Facebook page. At the end of the next week our give-away closed and the names were placed in a jar.

Thank you very much to everybody that participated. As there are only winners in Bhoomieland - all participants will receive a 1 year subscription to the soon to be launched quarterly Bhoomies' Pocket magazine! Everybody wins!!!! Hooray!!!!!

titles-02Debbie's favourite Bhoomie is the Letting Go Bhoomie. The challenge? Debbie already had her favourite Bhoomie. So I had to come up with a plan. When the Bhoomies and I decided that we wanted to host a give-away I knew I wanted the gift to be extra special and to fit to the winner. Luckily when you know which Bhoomie is someone's favourite then you don't have to start completely from scratch, because your favourite Bhoomie also tells us a little bit about YOU. I decided to wait a little bit for an idea on how to tailor Debbie's gift to her.

titles-03Not long after the draw a Twitter friend Will Chen posted an Instagram from his own botanical garden. It was the most beautiful yellow and black stripy caterpillar. The next morning my sis sent me this beautiful-ness:

"What the caterpillar calls the END OF THE WORLD,

the master calls a BUTTERFLY" - Richard Bach.

That was it! That was my connection to Debbie and the Letting Go Bhoomie! For the caterpillar to leave the old behind to invite in the new requires some serious LETTING GO. Maybe this is what the cocoon is for. A comfy place for the caterpillar to let go at his own pace.

The Bhoomies and I decided to give Debbie a cocoon of her own. We made her an end of the world box:

And because Debbie is British we thought it would bring her extra comfort if we filled up her "cocoon" with Tea.

And that lovely Bhoomies is what Debbie won! We're already looking forward to our next give-away!!!

Sending you heaps of sunshine!
